Workshops to Support Your Team's Success

While most people intuitively know change is necessary for survival, knowledge doesn’t always make the process easy. For many people, uncertainty is uncomfortable. This session will help staff navigate the rough waters of change and support their team’s success.

Participants will work on getting better at something that is important to them, by engaging with Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey’s Immunity to Change process. This session is about taking action to change one’s life in a meaningful way. This session will engage you in the Immunity to Change Mapping process to begin closing the gap between good intentions and behaviors.

This workshop will help cultivate the mindset to transform structures, policies, and systems within the workplace. Additionally, participants will learn the tools to energize and leverage the creative thinking of all team members. 

This workshop will also address our internal resistors of judgment, cynicism, and fear—despite our best intentions. Participants will learn to shift to clear thinking, heightened emotional intelligence, and courageous action, increasing their capacity to make positive organizational and individual change.

This workshop will help you to understand the roots and types of conflict, your personal conflict styles, and give you some simple rules to successfully build conflict confidence (as well as some tips to cool things when it gets too hot). In this experiential workshop, we break down the essential components of positive conflict into easily accessible and fun techniques, transforming you into a creative conflict master.

Social-Emotional Learning is the process through which teams acquire the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they need to recognize and manage their emotions, demonstrate caring and concern for others. During this workshop participants will learn strategies to effectively regulate emotions, control impulses, thoughts, and behaviors successfully in different situations.
